Quick TurnAround
In order to improve security and turnaround Formax Inc. utlizes document scanners on-site at your location. Documents are scanned and transmitted to our production locations where data entry workers enter data while viewing the document images. Some of our clients have asked for 2 hour turnaround of their data. Most scan during the work day and ask that the data be returned in time for their staff to have the data the next morning.

Data Security
Because Formax Inc. utilizes scanners located at your offices, the documents never leave your office. In addition to document security, all of the Formax Inc. production offices are high security facilities monitored by video cameras. Encripted data is transmitted over secure data lines.
