Formax, Inc. utilizes the latest multiple engine OCR software
to offer high quality automated data capture. Each character is analyzed by
several different OCR software engines in order to insure that the highest
level of accuracy can be reached.
Formax Inc. offers two levels of service.

Operators check the questioned characters presented by the OCR software against
the image and make corrections.

Operators check the questioned characters and make corrections. After the OCR
software edits have been completed, a second operator proofreads the finished
data and checks against the image for accuracy.
